 Mission Statement

Lauren Jean’s Unique Boutique has been created to meet the growing demand  for handcrafted and hand knitted items for any occasion.  Our company’s vision is to supply customers with a variety of products that comes close to their vision of the unique handcrafted item.

 Product

 

Lauren Jean’s Unique Boutique’s products are all original due to the mindset of the customer envisions of the handcrafted or hand knitted items all made from raw materials.  Some examples from our current catalog includes, but is not limited to, a birdhouse that looks like a cheese wheel,  a one of a kind quilt created from the customer’s vision to preserve her grown children’s baby clothes.  A final example would be a customer called in asking Lauren Jean to make a bamboo birdbath, created from the customer’s own design.

Competition 

 

There are many competitors who create their own or offer these products to customers but not as a combined service..  There are many competitors who offer everything, but Lauren Jean’s is alone in the field of not only offering our own designs to our customers but creating products from plans supplied by our customers.

 Target Audience

Our target audience is any customer of legal age that wants a unique and quality product that is hard to find anywhere else since it is off of Lauren Jean’s or the customer’s vision of the product desired.

 Marketing

Lauren Jean plans to advertise to their customers by radio, newspaper, e-mail and pop-up ads on respectable websites.  The ads will be advertised in a unique way that will attract the interest of all legal age groups.

 Sales Plan

 

The sales plan follows along the same lines as the marketing plan but will also include cold calls,  flyers and bumper stickers for uniqueness.  When our customer base grows, we plan on employing according to the law of the state, by offering numerous openings to help Lauren Jean make these unique products.  Our distribution channel will be, at first, Fed-Ex, UPS and the local postal service. As the orders increase, we will expand into freight shipping.  Pricing of these items for the consumer is a free call or free to fax to express their idea of the product they desire.  And the cost of the product will be, at first, cost of materials and shipping.  As our need for more employees grows, prices will vary due to the company’s overhead.  All orders will be shipped in a timely manner as to the customer’s demand for the specially designed  product.  Express Delivery will be offered for an extra charge.
